4. Sansaire Immersion Circulator

Sansaire’s immersion circulator is an ideal solution for novice sous vide chefs. Its user-friendly design makes it simple to operate while it can heat and circulate 3 gallons of water every minute.

Once the desired temperature has been selected, simply turn the grey ring to set your target temperature and your unit will automatically begin heating the water.

The unit boasts a broad operating temperature range and accuracy to within +/0.1degC. While this unit doesn’t come equipped with its own cook timer, you can use an external kitchen timer or your smartphone’s alarm function to monitor cooking duration.
